Ubergirl's umpteenth costume...
This is German superhero Ubergirl
Born in Switzerland and raised in Austria, Sascha Rothstein was born with a weak immune system and was frequently falling ill as a child. When she turned 18, she volunteered to take an experimental vitamin that would strengthen her immune system. However, the vitamin came with some dangerous side-effects. She wound up sick and bed-ridden for a week. After the seventh day, she woke up feeling better than ever. Her and her best friend Corri were taking a taekwondo class together. When she accidentally sent her flying across the room with a kick during a sparring session (and ran at lighting fast speed to save her) she discovered that she had superpowers. Corri encouraged Sascha to try out her powers, a skeptical and frightened neighbor told the authorities who then made Sascha reveal her powers, one thing led to another and the Austrian government is forcing Sascha to become a hero and use her powers to save people against her will with the threat that if she doesn't comply, well... let's just say that she'd better.

Why is she german when she is from Switzerland/Austria?
I like her androgynous body shape, it looks like mine. It always bothers me when female heroes, who are thought to be very strong and athletic, have a perfect tiny hourglass figure. Professional athletes don't look like this.
